What is STRONG?
As a personal trainer, I’ve been working with clients over the past 10 years who all had unique fitness goals and hopes. I wanted to create an app that answered everyone’s needs, and provide a comprehensive approach to fitness.
Strong is not measured by how much one can lift or their percentage of muscle mass. Strong is a mindset and a lifestyle. It’s the decision to say “let’s go” and drive to the gym. It’s the decision to put on your running shoes and go for a walk. It’s the desire to feel good in your body, on your own terms. For some, it’s reaching a weight loss goal, while for others, it may be mass gains, or building a foundation of strength to retain mobility as they age.
